Do you not know what TCBY is? It’s okay. You must be young. Bless your heart.

For those who know- TCBY was the king of Frozen Yogurt places before they became trendy. It is also known as “The Country’s Best Yogurt”. There are still a few of them around, but they are not nearly as widespread as a Chipotle for instance. I know it’s a bad comparison, but you get the picture.

So, there was a TCBY near the town I grew up in, probably about ten minutes from my childhood home. It was in a shopping center with a few other stores, and a Chinese restaurant, but it was one of the highlights of the shopping center, for sure.

It was a lovely spring day.
